We can send you a sample so that you can check for quality, sizing etc.

The charge will be the standard price per our price list + £2 for postage and packing

Payment for samples must be made through Paypal. We can send you an email link to do this.

If the sample is returned to us within 10 days we will refund the full amount you have paid for the sample.

We only send one refundable sample out per customer. Additional items are non-refundable.

We don’t provide pre-paid labels for the return of samples, return postage is the responsibility of the customer

For bespoke items (eg sublimated shirts) it isn’t possible to provide a sample of your own design, though we will endeavour to send you an item in a similar style and size.

Placing an order

If you are unsure about exactly what you want, or how much it will cost, please contact us by phone or email.

If you know what you want, please choose the individual details on the specific design page and add it to cart. You can make as many additions as you like with as many sizes as you like. Once you have finalized what you need, you can make payment. Orders are only confirmed upon full payment being made.

We will confirm all orders by email.

Conditions of sale

All goods are sold in accordance with our terms and conditions and sale.

Payment types

  • card – most cards are accepted
  • paypal – we can send you an email link which will explain how to make the payment to us online. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a card payment.
  • online banking – To pay using this method, ask us for our TSB account number and sort code. Use our order number as the payment reference.
  • cheque – we accept cheques made payable to Az Teamwear Ltd. Write our order number on the back of the cheque so we can easily identify it. If you pay by cheque we will have to wait for it to be cleared before we can start to process the order
  • account – the following organisations are automatically granted account facilities with us with no additional paperwork required: colleges, schools, universities, local authorities, government departments. Other corporate bodies will be considered for account facilities subject to status.

When to pay

With the exception of those customers who have been granted account facilities, all orders must be paid for in full prior to us processing your order.


Our standard delivery/handling charge for all orders in mainland Britain is £10. When we refer to team kit package prices this charge is always included.

Our usual delivery lead time is between 4-6 weeks depending on which product has been ordered.

Care of fabrics

Problems are usually due to shrinking or staining. The main factors contributing to shrinking are heat and excessive fagitation.

Do not wash at too high a temperature. 30 degrees C is usually the right temperature. Use an appropriate wash cycle.

Always wash similar colours and fabric types together.

It is very rare for a colour to run unless an item of a different composition (eg a sock) has been left in the wash with a batch of shirts

Do not leave damp garments together for any length of time as this can cause dye to transfer

Excessively muddy shirts should be rinsed immediately then soaked in cold, soapy water (hot water can cause stains to set), then washed as normal

Do not overload the washing machine as this will restrict the washing action

Try not to tumble dry at all. If you have to do so, make sure it’s on the lowest heat setting.

Do not iron directly on a transfer print. Iron printed area inside out.


Feng Sports (Az Teamwear Ltd) is a supplier of team kits to sports clubs and associations, schools, colleges, universities, HM forces, businesses, and government bodies, and all sales are made on a business-to-business basis.

Returns will be considered on an individual basis for refund or exchange, however we cannot accept any returns on goods which have been personalised (eg with logos, numbers etc) except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Our published size charts are for guidance only and subject to variation of 5%. Colours may not match completely with website design due to variations in fabric manufacture.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to our written approval, however items already personalised by us must be paid for, as must any design or production costs carried out prior to cancellation.
